The operating system for what’s next

Make growth feel less complicated.

Good growth does not come from adding more machinery. It comes from making people, process, data and technology pull in the same direction.

01

Revenue operations, end to end

Design the operating system behind growth—from lifecycle and ownership to data, tooling and decision rhythms.

02

AI that earns its place

Turn scattered experiments into useful capability by focusing AI on real work, practical value and responsible adoption.

03

Systems that carry the work

Connect platforms and workflows so information moves cleanly, repetitive effort disappears and teams can focus on judgement.

04

Leadership through change

Give operators, builders and leaders a shared direction, then turn it into a sequence the organisation can actually deliver.

Bring me the knotty middle

The interesting work starts where the strategy deck ends.

Complexity is not the enemy. Unowned complexity is. These are the places where I’m most useful.

01

Growth is outrunning the operating model.

Make the journey, ownership and handoffs clear enough to support what comes next.

02

The stack is busy, but people are still doing the glue work.

Simplify the architecture and automate the right things—not everything that moves.

03

AI is exciting in demos and absent from daily work.

Find where it can create dependable value, then build the conditions for people to use it well.

04

The data exists, but confidence in it does not.

Align definitions, signals and decision rhythms so teams can act without reopening the same debate.

A practical flight plan

Thoughtful enough for the complexity.
Practical enough to move.

  1. 01

    Find the signal

Listen to the people doing the work, trace the customer and data journeys, and separate the root problem from the loudest symptom.

  2. 02

    Design the system

Turn ambiguity into a legible operating model: outcomes, ownership, flows, interfaces and measures.

  3. 03

    Build the capability

Ship useful changes in sensible slices—processes, automations, tools and the skills required to run them.

  4. 04

    Build lasting leverage

Measure what moves, keep what earns its place and leave the team able to improve the system without me.

About Aidan Pilgrim

Equal parts operator, technologist and translator.

I’m a London-based leader working at the intersection of revenue, operations and AI. My role is usually to make a complicated system legible, bring the right people around it and turn a promising direction into something that works in practice.

I’m drawn to missions with real ambiguity: new capabilities to build, old assumptions to question and teams that want technology to amplify human judgement rather than replace it.

Less theatre.
More useful futures.
  • Clarity over ceremony
  • Useful over impressive
  • Systems that serve people
  • Progress you can feel
